• Review tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs for aluminum and façade systems.
• Coordinate with the design, engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure accurate pricing.
• Source and evaluate material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Analyze project risks and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare value engineering proposals when required.
• Ensure all estimates comply with project specifications, company standards, and client requirements.
• Support the sales team during the bidding and negotiation process.
• Maintain updated records of material prices, suppliers, and historical project costs.
