2. Firefighting Systems
3. Plumbing and Drainage Systems

• Ensuring that the execution conforms to the approved shop drawings.
• Reviewing shop drawings before work commences.

2️⃣ Quality Control

• Ensuring the use of materials approved by the consultant.
• Conducting pressure tests and commissioning tests.
• Adhering to approved specifications and codes.
• Preparing inspection reports.

3️⃣ Site Management

• Assigning tasks to technicians and contractors.
• Monitoring daily progress.
• Quantity surveying and reviewing payment certificates.
• Preparing periodic reports (Daily/Weekly Reports).

4️⃣ Coordination

• Coordinate with:

1. Electrical Engineer
2. Civil Engineer
3. Project Manager

• Resolve conflicts between mechanical works and other disciplines.

5️⃣ Occupational Safety

• Implement occupational health and safety standards on site.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures during work execution.
