• Monitoring tests for:

• Issuing Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) when discrepancies are found.
• Coordinating with the consultant for work approval.

Electrical

• Review electrical plans before implementation.
• Monitor the implementation of:

1. Cables
2. Distribution panels
3. Lighting systems
4. Low-voltage systems

• Supervise the following tests:

1. Insulation test
2. Grounding test
3. Load test

• Ensure compliance with approved electrical codes.
• Prepare inspection reports.

Mechanical

• Review of Works:

1. HVAC
2. Fire Protection
3. Plumbing and Drainage

• Monitoring Pressure Tests (Hydrostatic Test)
• Ensuring that Installations Conform to Specifications
• Preparing Inspection and Handover Reports
• Issuing NCRs in Case of Non-Compliance
